These courses are free (including text and CD-ROMs). However, the participants are still responsible for any fees resulting from the use of PCs and the Internet at their homes or places of employment, as well as any transportation fees to access the JICA Satellite Center. JICA-NET Rm, 4th floor, NEC Bldg. UP Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. If you are from the province, you will have to come down to UP Diliman for the live interactive video conference at least twice for the duration of the course.

Soon after the application deadline, applicants will be notified by e-mail as to whether or not they were accepted. If the number of applicants exceeds the 60-student limit, the conditions of each applicant will be considered in choosing which of them will be accepted. Text and CD-ROMs will also be sent to the participants.

Participants that achieve a certain level of academic achievement, based on the content of their submitted assignments and their test scores, will be presented with a certificate of completion issued by JICA.
