PhilNITS Foundation , inc. formed the PhilNITS Society (formerly called the JITSE-Phil Society) and registered this with the Security & Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines last Oct. 14, 2002.

The PhilNITS Society is composed of IT Professionals who have passed the PhilNITS FE & AP (formerly called SW) Exams.
