Examinees coming from all over the world.

Since the PhilNITS Certification of IT Professionals is recognized by Companies in Japan and since the PhilNITS (ITPEC) exam is given in English, many IT Professionals from Europe and the USA have been coming to the Philippines to take the exams.

Before 2022, Foreign Applicants registering for the PhilNITS Exam was limited to single digits (about 1 to 5 persons). But for the 2022 Fall Exam held last October 27, 2022, there were 8 who registered coming from Russia (2), U.S.A(2), Kazakhstan (2), Turkey and Serbia.

All 8 examinees passed the Level 2 Exam for Programmers.

On April 30, 2023, 24 Foreigners registered on line and 20 came to Manila to take the Exams. These examinees were; 6 from U.S.A (where 3 were already employed in Japan), Russia (6), Georgia, Hongkong, Argentina, Taiwan, Spain, United Kingdom, Israel (2), Malaysia and France.

12 passed, 2 (AM Removals) and 3 (PM Removals).*

On October 2023, 35 Foreigners registered and 31 came to Manila to take the Exams. The examinees came from the following countries ; U.S.A (10  already employed in Japan) Israel (3), Georgia (2), Russia (8), Indonesia (2), Thailand, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Canada, Australia, Germany, Portugal and India.

21 passed and 5 passed the AM Exams only so would need to retake the PM Exams.*

On April 28, 2024, 22 Foreigners registered on-line and 20 came to Manila to take the Exams. They were from indonesia (2), Malaysia(3), U.S.A (5 already in Japan), Israel, Germany, united Kingdom, Canada (2), Antalya, armenia, Turkey, Italy and Spain.

7 passed, 4 (PM Removals) and 1 (AM Removal).*

* People who fail either AM Exam or PM Exam are given 1 year to re-take the failed exam in order to be certified.
